Mission Statement

The mission of the Hoke Reading/Literacy Council is to provide basic literacy instruction to adults and out-of-school teenagers functioning at the lowest academic level, including individuals seeking services for English as a second language and introductory computer classes, so that all persons in Hoke County may further their education and build for themselves a better life.
