The Hoke County Water and Utilities Department provides potable water to approximately 10,000 residential and business customers in Hoke County.  They are located in the Old National Guard Armory Building at 423 East Central Ave, Raeford, NC 28376.  Department hours are from 8:00AM until 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.  The telephone number is (910) 875-6704, and the fax number is (910) 904-1640.
