The requirements of the Hoke County Zoning Ordinance apply to the development and use of all land and structures within the unincorporated areas of Hoke County lying outside the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Raeford. All Hoke County zoning and subdivision regulations are applicable to teh erection, construction, and use of buildings.
