Please come out on Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM for our Community Health Day and Yard Sale. 

There will be:
  • Educational Exhibits
  • Refreshments      
Free Health Screenings for:
  • Blood Pressure
  • Blood Sugar (Glucose)
  • HIV/Syphilis/Hepatitis C
