You can now manage your Hoke County Utilities account online. Enter your account number and meter number only, no other information is required.

Once logged in, you can make your payment online, receive email notifications, set up automatic bank or credit card drafts, and more!

Payments By Phone

Hoke County Utilities has integrated a new Interactive Voice Response IVR system where you can pay your bill over the phone without having to speak to a utilities representative. To access the IVR dial 1-833-250-4481.

PLEASE NOTE! After June 20th, 2016, customers who are having trouble making payments must make changes to their browser. View instructions (PDF).

Due to an upgrade of the online payment system, Internet Explorer on Windows XP is no longer compatible with our website. A temporary fix is to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If you are unable to download another internet browser please do not hesitate to call the office and make a payment via phone for no additional charge. We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue has caused.

Hoke County provides paperless billing for your Utility services. To sign up, go to account online. You will need your account number and meter number only. The system will prompt you to create a password. Once you have logged into the system, go to Customer Service Programs, and enroll in Bill Notification.
