On May 5, 2024, a call for service came from Cape Fear Valley Hospital in reference to an assault on a female that occurred in Hoke County. The female was pregnant at the time of the assault. Detectives responded to Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville. There were no visible injuries to the pregnant victim, as she was advised to go to the hospital to be examined. Victim was also advised of the process of taking out warrants on suspect, Nevaeh Timmons and a Domestic Violence Protection Order. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
