The Hoke County Sheriff’s Office announced on Monday, December 30, 2024, at approximately 7:48 p.m., Deputies responded to shots fired with an argument in the 500 block of Noble Drive. Deputies were advised that Marcus Revels had shot into an occupied house and was in the area. No civilians were injured during the shooting. Deputies were able to locate Marcus Revels and detain Marcus Revels. Detectives were notified and arrived on scene. Based on an eyewitness statement, Marcus Revels was charged with Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling, Resisting Public Officer and Assault on a Government Official. Due to unrelated pretrial release, Marcus Revels has no bond.
