The Hoke County Sheriff’s Office announced previously, that on Saturday, January 27, 2024, Deputies responded to the 2200 block of Stone Gate Drive, about a disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputies were made aware that the suspect kicked the victim's door in. Hoke County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigative Division reviewed information relating to the incident and charged Ms. Jackie Cabral with Break/Enter to Terrorize/Injure, Misdemeanor Crime of Domestic Violence, and Injury to Real Property.
Ms. Jackie Cabral was taken before a magistrate judge and received a $10,000 Secured Bond.
